Day 35 - Barre without a Barre
Not the primary focus of this challenge but a barometer for progress.

Time to step on the scale and record your weight. Please keep a recording to share with your coach! If the number goes up or down, PLEASE DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED!! Our weight can fluctuate 5-10 pounds daily. Pay more attention to HOW YOU FEEL than the number on the scale. With that said, it's important to log.
