Day 18 - Barre without a Barre
Take 5 mins to sit in silence, take 15 deep belly breathes + stretch

The importance of breathing is underrated. But yoga has become popular for a reason - it's teaching people how to reduce stress by using their own vessel.
In this vein, take five minutes to stretch, relax, and breathe. Try to breathe in from the diaphragm and exhale with an open mouth - let's go for at least 15 deep belly breathes.
If you are feel anxious, I recommend the 4x4x4: breathe in for four counts, hold for four counts, and exhale for four counts. This reduces your heart rate and helps you find a balance.
