Finished your live but have energy and motivation to do more? Right on! Here's our extra challenge for today:
1 -minute plank, high or low with alternating leg lifts - keep that back flat, your core up and in, and your booty down.
50 full range glute lifts - make sure to squeeze that booty at the top, to keep that upper back glued to the floor, and your stomach up and in. Oh yeah, breathe!
50 squats - yes, 50. We are leveling up!! You can do these in 5 10 minute splits throughout the day.
