Day 22 - Barre without a Barre (Week 4)
Mid-way through a program, it's important to reassess goal.

Welcome to week four of the Barre without a Barre six-week challenge. Now is a good to reassess your goals and discuss with your accountability partners.
Consider and implement the following:
Evaluate your goals often as you grow and change, your goals will shift, too.
Assess your technique. Are you committing to your goals? Have you set aside time to see your fitness, nutrition, and overall health goals come to fruition?
Adjust your timing or timeframe, as needed. There's NO SHAME in shifting.
Track your progress.
