Let's reflect, evaluate, and celebrate 42 days of barre + nutrition!

You should be very proud of yourself. You invested in yourself. You worked out consistently for 42 days. You chose healthier options. You prioritized yourself. Today, take a few moments to reflect, perhaps journal, and marinate on everything you have accomplished over the last six-weeks.

Also, stand proudly in that mirror and take a final photo. Compare with the photo you took in the beginning. Do you look slimmer, stronger, more hydrated, and happier? YES!!

Lastly, step on the scale and take your measurements. Report your progress to your coach!

Congratulations on completing 42 days to a healthier, leaner, and stronger you. Continue this habit every day - being healthy is a lifestyle not a fad.
