Workout Focus: Full Body

Preparation: Water, towel, mat, set of weights, and stability partner (aka, chair)

Length: 20 minutes


You will need water, a set of weights, a mat, and a hard surface to serve as your "stability partner" (i.e., countertop, chair, couch, etc).
