Ask yourself these questions often, especially if you are feeling overwhelmed (w/ the holidays and pandemic) or sad. It's imperative in learning to understand yourself.

  • How are you feeling?

  • What is making me feel down?

  • What brought me joy today? This month? This year?

  • What makes me feel my best?

  • What am I putting off?

  • What do I need to heal?

  • What or who inspires me?

Journal, reflect, and make this process a routine.
